Brooklyn Blend

A two component blend (Colombia & Nicaragua), Brooklyn Blend is a staple meant to please any coffee drinker. Our approach to blending emphasizes balance and sweetness. We source the freshest components available, and work constantly to maintain consistency. This is our third harvest working with this producer group in Santa Maria and we have been blown away by the consistency of quality. This is our sixth year purchasing from Fincas Mierisch, and they continue to blow us away with quality and consistency

Diner Coffee

We roast this coffee darker than our other offerings in order to bring out the rich, comforting, and nostalgic flavors we grew up with and remember fondly. We wanted to offer the coffee we’ve shared countless times with friends and loved ones, with an emphasis on quality and equitable sourcing

Single-Origin

Our single-origin focus is on unique offerings that highlight terroir, processing, and seasonality. We buy small quantities of fresh harvest coffee from some of the best producers worldwide. These offerings change quite frequently, so feel free to ask what what’s on our menu this week.
