Established in 2013, we have deep roots in the coffee industry.

We’re a modern coffee company, with a long view of specialty coffee. Our team members have all pursued lifelong careers in the field and our founder started one of the first specialty coffee chains on the West Coast. Although methods have changed with the times, our focus still remains on quality and close working relationships.

Coffee sourcing is a large part of who we are, and we’re committed to the economic sustainability of coffee producers we work with. Coffee sourcing is a complex topic and the supply chain has been historically opaque. For that reason, we favor partnerships with small companies who buy cherry or parchment coffee and handle their own import & export. 

Not only does this reduce the number of middlemen, but it provides greater transparency into buying practices and farm-level prices. Our partners’ streamlined operations allow them to pay higher premiums, and work off of fixed pricing systems. 

We’re particularly proud of our blended coffee model as our buying volume allows us to meaningfully support fixed-price buying and agronomic development in Colombia. All of our coffees, including our blend components, are sourced seasonally as coffee harvests shift around the globe.  

Our Mission

We specialize in partnerships and customer service, and have extensive consultation experience. We've helped build-out over a dozen cafes in the NY area, and have helped develop countless coffee programs big and small. Our small team will work directly with you, and we’re as responsive to our customers as we are to our own flagship cafe.
